What You Should Know about Employment Law –  What you don’t know can hurt you. Come to this EduPanel to learn as much as possible about the laws that affect your company and employees. Gretchen will talk about various restrictive covenants including employment contracts, and specifically non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure clauses.

Featuring Speaker: Gretchen Wagner of Owen, Attorney at Gleaton, Egan, Jones & Sweeney LLP.  Ms. Wagner graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia, receiving a B.B.A. in International Business in 1998. She continued her education at The University of Georgia School of Law, where she received her J.D. with honors in 2002. Ms. Holt is admitted into the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Northern District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Wagner has been a member of the board of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers Foundation since 2008. Recently, Ms. Wagner was named to Georgia Trend's Legal Elite for 2009.
