A step-by-step plan for managing the ebbs and flows of cash in your business...

Thursday, January 8th
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

The Georgian Club

Alicyn McLeod

Alicyn McLeod-125x125

(non-members are welcomed)

Have you ever said to yourself any of the following:

  • “As long as there’s money in the bank, everything’s good, right?”
  • “I had money in the bank, but what happened to it?”
  • “What do I do if there’s unexpected expenses or a dip in revenue?”
  • “There’s no way I can predict cash flows.  My business is too volatile, cyclical, new, etc.”
If so, join us for a look at cash flow planning as a way to better connect with the outcomes of your business’ activities for less confusion and less stress.

Alicyn McLeod is a CPA helping small business owners with tax and general business advisory needs.  Alicyn has BBA in Accounting and MBA from Georgia Regents University.  She has been in public practice for over a decade and has experience working with businesses ranging in size from start up to publicly traded and global enterprises.
Take Aways from  Presentation...

1.  Understanding the process of planning for swings in your business cycle.
2.  Reduce hesitancy in tackling ‘the numbers’.
3.  Put you more in touch and more in control of business activities.

Make a New Year’s resolution to forget “it all” and focus on “YOUR All”. To be successful, women business owners need to discover their Core, make decisions according to those priorities, and learn how to integrate their multiple roles. Based on her new book, Women Driven to Success: You Can Have It YOUR All, Dr. Jane Goldner will show you how to stop trying to be everything-to-everybody, uncover what is really important to you, and learn how to get YOUR All.
