Making Your Strategy a Reality: Setting Achievable Goals
Tools to put together a strategic and successful business plan for the new year

Featuring: Linda Hughes, The Great Ridge Company

Most business owners develop some form of a yearly strategy. Whether the strategy is a fancy document or on the back of a cocktail napkin, the strategy sets a direction for the company.  Having a direction is just the first step to success.  In this presentation, we will discuss the next most important step in realizing strategic success - setting goals.

Goal setting can be a difficult activity for many reasons: lack of focus, no clear measure of success, being a chronic over-achiever, or not rallying the company to achieve the goals.  At the end of this meeting you will walk away with a set of guidelines for establishing the goals that will make your strategy a success.  And, as a bonus, you will also have at least one well structured goal for your company's specific strategy.

Let's start 2015 with goals we can achieve!

(non-members are welcomed)

Make a New Year’s resolution to forget “it all” and focus on “YOUR All”. To be successful, women business owners need to discover their Core, make decisions according to those priorities, and learn how to integrate their multiple roles. Based on her new book, Women Driven to Success: You Can Have It YOUR All, Dr. Jane Goldner will show you how to stop trying to be everything-to-everybody, uncover what is really important to you, and learn how to get YOUR All.
